I was bored, so I decided to make a tutorial. Although missions can be assigned at the task force level, the operating area for the mission is defined at the fleet level by assigning regions. If you have carrier in your fleet, give order to the planes to attack land of invasion. If you feel it is necessary to make a new reply, you can still do so though.
